Absolutely superb swift work ethic, come in inspect the project and get the job done no questions asked. I've used CAG twice now for our residential property. We needed stair nosing to make our stairs safe for our kids and I found the product that suited our aesthetic.
The first time we used them they were prompt and accurate in their delivery and we were more than happy with the result. The second time was the lower set of stairs in our home and we again measured up and sent through our requirements to them. Once again they delivered quickly and the product was identical to the first. Sadly there was some damage incurred in delivery and I contacted CAG to advise them. It was pretty minor stuff but it was enough that we had some concerns about installing.
The Team at CAG were responsive, friendly and found us a solution within 24 hours. I had the damaged parts recut and in my hands quickly and without fuss. I've always been of the opinion that it's easy to fire out a product when there aren't issues but when there is a problem, it's a true showing of both character and customer service on how it's dealt with. CAG Passed with flying colours and left us as very happy customers.
I would recommend CAG more than happily. One of the few companies that 'get' customer service and how important it really is. Thank you!

I work for Vaughan Constructions building industrial warehouses and other commercial buildings. I use classic for all our tactile work as their pricing is beyond fair and are always willing to help me out meeting budget requirements.
