This Spec facility in Derrimut was built for Direct Property Connect on behalf of their client. In keeping up with the demand for industrial spec developments, the facility has capacity to adapt to an incoming tenant and suit their needs, while also offering the chance to be split into two separate tenancies with suitable space for potential organisations. In total, 24,610m2 were constructed including office space to offer the incoming tenant.
