Australia’s largest distribution centre for German supermarket giant, Kaufland, at Mickleham in Melbourne’s north is a 100,000m² facility, including 107,000m² of concrete hardstand, 168 recessed loading docks, 73,200m² of warehousing, office and entry building of around 4,000m², ancillary buildings of 3,700m², freezer of 10,500m² and social building of 1,000m², on a 28 hectare site.
