Kenmore Village has been transformed with a new standalone Mitre 10 and northern building extension, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. The upgrade includes improved car park layouts, selective demolitions, and a significant facelift featuring refreshed facades, upgraded public amenities, and revitalised outdoor areas. Working alongside builder Mainbrace Constructions, Classic supplied and installed Tredfx Tactile Indicators and Stair Nosings to improve safety and accessibility, and Classic Bike Racks to support sustainable transport options.
