This project included the completion of an $11 million warehouse facility for national warehouse and fulfilment business, McPhee Distribution Services, in Berrinba, Queensland. The 13,000m² Bardon Road building comprises a 12,000m² warehouse, offices totalling nearly 700m², hardstand of 6,000m² and a 2,200m² carpark.
