Part of the VIC Government’s plan to renew the public housing precinct, the DHS Northside development delivers 133 social housing dwellings and 235 private residences across five interconnected buildings, designed by McBride Charles Ryan. Working alongside Arc3 Construction and the wider project team, Classic was proud to supply and install a range of solutions to streamline delivery, including Integra Entrance Matting, Tredfx Stair Nosings and Tactile Indicators, and Car Park Fitout products including Bike Racks and Bollards.
