The first time we used them they were prompt and accurate in their delivery and we were more than happy with the result. The second time was the lower set of stairs in our home and we again measured up and sent through our requirements to them. Once again they delivered quickly and the product was identical to the first. Sadly there was some damage incurred in delivery and I contacted CAG to advise them. It was pretty minor stuff but it was enough that we had some concerns about installing.
The Team at CAG were responsive, friendly and found us a solution within 24 hours. I had the damaged parts recut and in my hands quickly and without fuss. I've always been of the opinion that it's easy to fire out a product when there aren't issues but when there is a problem, it's a true showing of both character and customer service on how it's dealt with. CAG Passed with flying colours and left us as very happy customers.

How do you install skate stoppers?
Each product is different, so in order to install skate stoppers correctly, you should follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. For our Skatestop range, please refer to our installation guides available for download HERE.

What material are your deterrents made out of?
Generally, skateboard deterrents are made of stainless steel for hard-wearing durability. The Classic Skatestop range also includes Solid Brass, which is also durable and provides a naturally beautiful aesthetic that could be more suitable for your design.
What are the different styles of Skateboard Deterrents ranges available?
In the Classic Skatestop range of skateboard deterrents, we have 3 different styles available:
- Skatestop Max: basic skate deterrent, with rounded edges, blends in easily with most architectural themes
