Project Details
The new Allianz Adelaide headquarters, situated in One Festival Tower, highlights Allianz’s commitment to hybrid work, effective capital management, and employee well-being. Spanning approximately 4000 square metres across two floors, this high-end quality project includes 350 workstations. The cutting-edge office space showcases numerous sophisticated design features, with the standout being a new, two-floor interconnecting staircase.
CAG Key Deliverables
Classic worked closely with Active Metal, who played a pivotal role in the creation of this staircase. Featuring timber treads, black handrails, and LED lighting, the design adds both elegance and modernity to the workspace. Classic’s Tredfx Tactile Indicators and Stair Nosings in a bronze anodised finish, add a modern touch while also ensuring safety and visual impact.
Rigorous quality control measures were employed to ensure each component of the staircase was crafted to perfection, resulting in a compliant, high-quality outcome that met Allianz’s standards and expectations.
