Kawana Shopping Centre.

This $46m major expansion of Kawana Shoppingworld on the Sunshine Coast involved a significant base building project over 56 weeks, that ran concurrently with an Event Cinemas fit-out project over 26 weeks. The base build works for included a multideck carpark, retail and food precinct, and cinema shell. Once the cinema shell was ready, a second team completed the full fit-out for Event Hospitality & Entertainment Group, our sixth project for this Client to date. This project was a departure from Event’s previous specifications, and included new technology, design and finishes.
