Hyatt Place will also go well beyond the usual offerings found in a business hotel: an unusually large lounge area at ground level, a full bar (as opposed to a point where drinks can be found), and a considerably more generous size for dining areas. Here, there will be one large dining area that can be easily reduced in scale with operable screens (as few want to eat breakfast on their own in an endless space).
