In the heart of Melbourne’s vibrant CBD, CSL’s Global Headquarters epitomises cutting-edge innovation. A wellness zone, in-house medical facility and prayer rooms are among the premium amenities available throughout the facility. The project also includes the development of a new precinct masterplan catering to worker and community needs, featuring a laneway with retail and culinary attractions, along with a sunlit town square plaza. The precinct links Elizabeth St and O’Connell St, creating a crucial pedestrian pathway connecting the Queen Victoria Market, the biomedical precinct, and the upcoming Parkville metro station.
