Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Chadstone Shopping Centre has completed a number of major expansion and redevelopments. Some highlights include the award-winning West Mall (Stage 33) redevelopment, which completed the creation of two levels of retail tenancies throughout the centre. This was the first project to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating under the Green Building Council of Australia’s formal retail rating tool, and has achieved numerous local, national and international awards. More recently, a 10-level office tower at the centre was completed, with basement car parking adding capacity for a hotel, as well as major luxury retail extensions.
