Classic Architectural Group was proud to partner with Hacer Group on Assemble TSK, an affordable, community-focused residential development by Assemble Communities. Designed by Hayball Architecture with landscape architecture by Oculus Studios , the project delivers 199 thoughtfully designed apartments and extensive shared amenities, reflecting Assemble’s innovative “Build to Rent to Own” model that’s reshaping urban living. We supplied and installed Tredfx Stair Nosings and Tactile Indicators, along with Classic Bike Racks, ensuring safe, durable, and compliant access solutions throughout the development.
