This brand-new warehouse facility in the established Blacktown industrial precinct features 17,450sqm of warehouse space, office accommodations, secure car parking with EV charging, bicycle parking, and end-of-trip facilities. Brought to life by Texco Constructions, sustainability is front and centre with 398kW solar harvesting, six Tesla power batteries, solar hot water, rainwater storage and reuse, and low-carbon concrete. We proudly supplied and installed Integra Entrance Matting for this innovative industrial project.
