This multi-faceted project features the construction of a basement level carpark with service areas adjoining, commercial kitchen and laundry, dock loading zone and two levels of resident rooms, services areas and extensive external landscaping zones. The program had tight milestones to meet but with off site fabrications utilising an extensive shop drawing process challenges were resolved to ensure the project was delivered on time and to the standard the client has come to expect.
